Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the photography tours organized by "IVAN PARRA PHOTOGRAPHY". By booking a trip, the client agrees to these conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • The reservation is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price.
  • The final payment must be completed 60 days before the start date of the trip.
  • If the reservation is made within 60 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations by the Client

Time Before Trip Start Refund Policy
More than 90 days 80% of deposit refunded
Between 89 and 45 days 50% of total paid refunded
Less than 45 days No refund
Important: It is strongly recommended to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations and unforeseen events.

3. Cancellations or Modifications by the Agency

The agency may cancel the tour due to:

  • Force majeure events
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government requirements or restrictions
Client Options in Case of Cancellation:
Full Refund

Complete reimbursement of all payments made

Reschedule

Book another available tour or reschedule the tour

Note: The agency is not responsible for the client's external expenses (international flights, extra expenses, visas, etc.).

4. Activities and Risks

  • Tours take place in natural environments and may involve risks related to wildlife and terrain conditions.
  • The client participates at their own risk and must follow the guides' instructions at all times.

5. Use of Images

Client Rights

Photographs taken during the tour are the property of the client.

Promotional Use

The agency may request authorization to use images from the tour for promotional purposes, always with prior consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Documentation

Carry valid documentation, required vaccinations, and appropriate insurance.

Conservation

Respect conservation rules and responsible behavior in protected areas.

Insurance

Maintain valid travel insurance throughout the duration of the tour.

Wildlife Respect

Follow wildlife distance guidelines and ethical photography practices.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment or booking a tour with IVAN PARRA PHOTOGRAPHY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
