PANTANAL- MATTO GROSSO -BRAZIL 🇧🇷 FOR WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE TOUR.

In the information below you will find all the details day by day about you visit to PANTANAL- BRAZIL 🇧🇷 for your WILDLIFE AND PHOTO EXPERINCE.

DAY 1

• Arrival to SAO PAULO Airport (GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT)
• I will be waiting for you at SÃO PAULO Airport in the arrival gate. After that the driver will take us to the HAMPTON HOTEL BY HILTON. (30 MIN. DRIVE) for spending de night and to be ready for the next day of the adventure. 

DAY 2

• DEPARTURE FLIGHT FROM SAO PAULO AIRPORT TO CUIABA AIRPORT.  
• We will arrive at lunch time to the lodge and in the afternoon, we will go for a safari and photography around the property to have the chances to photograph some beautiful birds and animals also like: GIANT CAPIBARA, GREAT RHEA, RED LEGGED SERIEMA, ROSEATE SPOONBILL, BARE-FECED CURASSOW, BUFF-NECKED IBIS, PLUMBEOUS IBIS and some more.    Overnight PIUVAL LODGE.

DAY 3

• We will start our journey early in the morning at 5 am. So, the idea starting at this time is to have good chances to see and photograph a rare GIANT ANTEATER. This beautiful animal just show up early because it has a very sensitive eye. We will have the best chances to see it, and of course we will get chances to photograph the emblematic birds of BRAZIL HYACINTH MACAW (ENDEMIC OF BRAZIL). WE WILL LOOK FOR AN ACTIVE NEST TO CAPTURE GREAT PICTURES AND VIDEOS. AFTER BREAKFAST WE WILL TRY AGAIN TO PHOTOGRAPH THIS BEAUTIFULL MACAW AND OTHER BIRDS AND ANIMALS ALSO. TRANFER TO PORTO JOFFRE  AFTER LUNCH.

DAY 4

• FULL DAY BOAT SAFFARI TO SEE AND PHOTOGRAPH THE AMAZING FELINE "JAGUAR" - ONÇA PINTADA- PANTERA ONÇA. THIS PART OF PANTANAL IS THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO SEE AND PHOTOGRAPH THIS AMAZING CAT IN THE WILD ENVIRONMENT. SO, WE WILL HAVE SESIONS OF BOAT-SAFFARI IN THE MORNING AND IN THE AFTERNOON. WE WILL COME BACK TO OUR BOAT-HOTEL FOR LUNCH AND FOR TAKING A BREAK AT MOON.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THIS PART OF THE TRIP IS THAT THE DAYS IN THE BOAT SAFFARI ARE GONNA BE WITH A VERY HOT TEMPERTURE (AROUND 35 TO 42 DEGREES CELCIUS.) SO, BE READY POR THIS TYPE OF WEATHER.

DAY 5

• FULL DAY OF BOAT SAFFARI LOOKING TO PHOTOGRAPH ALL THE AMAZING WILDLIFE IN PANTANAL. Of course, that the main attraction to photograph in this area are the JAGUARS, but this river has other wildlife to see like: GIANT OTTERS, BLACK CAIMAN, GIANT CAPIBARAS, AMACONDAS, all of those animals will be in a natural habitat so, we will have a good chance to photograph them hunting its own food.

DAY 6

• This day we will be focus on BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY. We will have a great chance to photograph at least 4 different types of kingfishers like: RINGED KINFISHER, GREEN KINGFISHER, AMERICAN PYGMY KINGFISHER, AMAZON KINGFISHER and other kind of birds in action like: SABANA HAWK, SNAIL KITE, BLACK COLLARED HAWK, COCOI HERON, RUFESCENT TIGER HERON, HAGAMI HERON, BOAT BILLED HERON, JABIRU (TARGET), GREAT BLACK HAWK AND SOME MORE.

DAY 7

• In the morning we will have our last boat safari in this area of Pantanal and after lunch we will take a boat trip back to PORTO JOFRE.  We will stay one night in this area in SANTA ROSA LODGE.  This area has one of the best spots to photography the elusive OCELOTE, so we will try to see and photograph this beautiful feline. overnight in SANTA ROSA LODGE.

DAY 8

• This day we will have a morning off to relax and enjoy of this beautiful lodge and   in the afternoon after lunch we will start our transfer to POUSA ALEGRE LODGE, which is probably the best lodge in the Pantanal for mammals other than Jaguar and Giant Otter.  It’s very good for both Tapir and Giant Anteater and foxes. Lodge: Pousa Alegre.

DAY 9

• In the morning we will focus on the birds with nesting HYACINTH MACAW, AND BLUE AND YELLOW MACAW. Around the property We will look for some fruiting trees which attract TOCO TOUCAN (TARGET) and some ARACARIS and lakes with Sunbittern, Jabirus and many waterbirds.  THIS DAY AFTER LUNCH WE WILL DRIVE TO CUIABA city to take our departure flight to SAO PAULO CITY the next morning.

DAY 10

• THIS DAY AFTHER BREAKFAST WE WILL DRIVE TO CUIABA AIRPORT FOR OUR DOMESTIC FLIGHT BACK TO SAO PAULO CITY.   OR YOU CAN TAKE THE EXTRENTION TO ATLANTIC FOREST TOUR.

ON THIS DAY ALL WIILL DEPEND OF YOUR DEPARTURE SHEDULE.
